2. Nature of Digital Services
As NV Systems LLC provides digital services that are activated immediately upon successful payment and include the creation of a dedicated working environment for each customer, all subscriptions are considered non-refundable once the service has been activated, except in the cases explicitly stated in this policy.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:
A critical technical issue caused by the platform that completely prevents the customer from using the service.
Failure to activate the service within a maximum period of 48 hours from the payment date due to an error attributable to the platform.
Duplicate or incorrect charges resulting from a technical payment error.
Refund requests must be submitted within a period not exceeding seven days from the payment date.
4. Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Change of mind after account activation.
Failure to use the service after activation.
The service does not meet the customer’s personal expectations or specific business needs.
Violation of the Terms of Use or misuse of the system.
Suspension or termination of the account due to policy violations.
5. Trial Period
If a free trial period is provided, it allows the customer to evaluate the service before making a payment. Once the trial period ends and payment is completed, no refund requests will be accepted.
6. Refund Request Procedure
To submit a refund request, the customer must contact the support team and provide the following information:
Order or invoice number
Registered email address
Reason for the refund request
The request will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within a maximum of five business days.
7. Refund Method
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method used by the customer. The refund process may take between five and fourteen business days, depending on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
8. Subscription Cancellation
The customer may cancel the subscription at any time. The account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any paid or remaining subscription periods.
9. Amendments to the Refund Policy
NV Systems LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on the official website of the platform.
