Article 1: Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users and customers who use the platforms and services of NV Systems LLC.

By using the platform or subscribing to any plan, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms.

Article 2: Eligibility

  • The user must be at least 18 years old.

  • By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Article 3: Nature of the Service

NV Systems LLC provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

We do not provide legal, financial, or professional consulting services. The platform offers technical tools only.

Article 4: Accounts

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • All activities carried out through the user’s account are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

Article 5: Subscriptions and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in United States Dollars unless stated otherwise.

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance according to the selected plan.

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

Article 6: Usage Limits

Certain subscription plans include usage limits (such as users, services, products, or domains).

The user agrees to use the platform within the limits of the subscribed plan.

Article 7: Custom Domains

  • The use of a custom domain is available only on plans that support this feature.

  • The user is responsible for owning the domain and configuring DNS settings.

  • NV Systems LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect domain configuration.

Article 8: Prohibited Content

The platform may not be used to publish, manage, or distribute any content that is:

  • Illegal or unlawful

  • Pornographic, fraudulent, or misleading

  • Related to gambling or prohibited activities

NV Systems LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this article without prior notice.

Article 9: Fair Use Policy

Users must not use the platform in a manner that negatively affects system performance or other users.

In cases of misuse or excessive resource consumption, NV Systems LLC may restrict or suspend access to the service.

Article 10: Termination

The user may cancel their subscription at any time.

NV Systems LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Article 11: Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. NV Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Article 12: Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to NV Systems LLC.
